All benefits apply if caused by COVID-19. Coverage is effective for 15 days only from the date of departure.

Conditions
- Age Limit Based on selected Travel Excel Plan
- Applicant must present negative test result of valid RT-PCR COVID-19, administered within seventy-two (72) hours before initial actual departure from the Philippines.
- COVID-19 RT-PCR test must have been administered by any of the Department of Health (DOH) authorized and licensed laboratory, clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities.
- Applicant should not be a confirmed positive (asymptomatic or symptomatic), suspected, or probably case of COVID-19 at the time of the application.
