Account Associate
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability;
- Solicits business from new and inactive brokers;
- Assists in the development of inactive but potential brokers;
- Develops and expands business relationships through the delivery of committed services to assigned brokers and accounts;
- Assists brokers on claims follow-up / update;
- Analyzes, evaluates and accepts risks based on the Underwriting Guidelines and limits of authority
- Prepares quotations, formal/written proposals and/or request for documentation for accounts;
- Signs policies and endorsements within authorized limit;
- Monitors status of outstanding quotations and provides feedback to Head of Broker Servicing;
- Monitors accounts for renewal of assigned brokers and maintains direct premium receivables within manageable level based on agreed terms and conditions;
- College Graduate
- with at least 2-years experience in Non-Life Insurance industry
Account Associate
- The HR Training Assistant is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing the company-wide employee training and development programs and is assigned as the subject-matter expert in training and development.
- Fosters a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning through the development and promotion of training and development programs, workshops, and best practice sharing sessions.
- Conducts training needs analysis by assessing employee competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities) and performance, position requirements, and the department and company’s strategic plans and objectives.
- Develops training and development programs through professional and technical input from subject matter experts, research, and evaluation of relevant materials.
- Conducts and/or facilitates trainings, orientations, and or seminars.
- Processes and organizes needed logistics to conduct training programs, such as arrangements for venue, food provisions, venue set-up, and payment accountabilities.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred
- With above-average verbal and written communication skills.
HR Training Associate
- Analyzes, evaluates and accepts risk based on underwriting guidelines and limits of authority.
- Underwrites processed documents and policies submitted for the specific account.
- Gathers relevant statistics for analysis of expiring accounts with losses and recommends to immediate superior enhancement of renewal terms and conditions.
- Provides assistance/ guidance in the documentation of complex policies.
- Analyzes portfolio profitability reports for the specific accounts being handled.
- Assist claims and RI services on queries regarding underwriting information, policy interpretation and coverage.
- Preparation of IC Reports
- Other task to be assigned by the Immediate Head.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial or any related course
- with 1-year experience as Property Underwriter
