For travelers going on a cruise, our optional travel insurance coverage provides added protection for the following:

COVID-19 Coverage – Stay Protected While Traveling
Cocogen International Travel Excel Plus includes COVID-19 coverage for an extra medical assurance effective for 15 days or up to the maximum days of your trip.
- Age limit applies depending on the selected International Travel Excel Plus insurance plan.
- Applicants must present a negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours before departure from the Philippines (for countries that require submission of COVID-19 negative RT-PCR).
- COVID-19 RT-PCR tests must be administered by any of the Department of Health (DOH) authorized and licensed laboratories, clinics, hospitals, and medical facilities.
- The applicant must not be a confirmed positive case (asymptomatic or symptomatic) or suspected/probable case of COVID-19 at the time of application.
