Cocogen’s travel incentive is back! 

A total of 48 agents and brokers qualified for Cocogen’s 2023 Partners SHINE Travel Incentive Promo. 

The business partners, coming from different companies and as individual producers, went to three different destinations depending on the level of premium requirement met. 

The first leg of the travel incentive was Japan where 22 producers enjoyed wandering through iconic historical sceneries, modern architecture and experienced the nightlife and hearty street food Japan has to offer from May 28 to June 2.  

Some of the iconic destinations visited were the Osaka Castle and Universal Studios Japan, Fushimi Inari Shrine and Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in Kyoto, and the Deer Park and Todai-ji Temple in Nara. The participants also enjoyed their time shopping at the Shinsaibashi area and Sanda Premium Outlet in Kobe. 

“The food was great! It was also very convenient that the hotel was near the shopping area,” one of the participants expressed. 

On July 18 to 2, another set of agents and brokers visited Samal Islands in Davao. They enjoyed the water activities and island hopping including Giant Clam Sanctuary, Coral Garden, and Big Vanishing Isaland. A total of 14 producers joined and had a relaxing weekend enjoying the beach. 

Capping off the trips for the year, the remaining 12 producers were welcomed in Italy on September 9 to 14. The first stop was in the capital city of Rome where participants visited the famous Colosseum and Roman Forum. They also went to the Vatican City and had a chance to see the St. Peter’s Basilica in person. In the following days, they enjoyed the photo opportunity at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the cheese and wine tasting at Castelfranco Emilia in Modena. They were also treated to a whole day shopping spree in Florence and Serravalle. The last stop was in Milan where the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele are located. 

“It was so nice to immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of Italy. I had a fun and memorable trip,” another producer said. 

This is the first incentive trip of Cocogen for business partners after the pandemic in 2020.
