As a strong affirmation of its vibrant workplace culture, Cocogen Insurance, Inc. received the esteemed Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification – a globally recognized benchmark of excellence in building positive and people-centered organizations.

The GPTW Trust Index Survey is an assessment that measures key behaviors essential to building a trusting, high-performing workplace. The survey evaluates five (5) critical dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

This certification was rooted in the valuable feedback and resounding endorsement of Cocogen most important stakeholders – its employees. Based entirely on authentic and anonymous feedback from team members across the organization, the certification highlights Cocogen’s unwavering dedication to creating a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

To qualify for the certification, the company needed to meet the minimum required number of responses based on its total population. Cocogen recorded 378 responses and achieved an overall passing rate of 77% across all dimensions. Notable highlights include:

·         89% of employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation and gender.

·         88% affirmed that the organization actively celebrates special events.

·         87% believe our offices provide a physically safe work environment.

·         86% proudly shared that every member of the company is warmly welcomed.
